Not sure what I am doing wrong…
Do you know how difficult it is to keep motivated when you are doing everything right and the scale is not budging?
I will tell you…IT SUCKS! I could throw out some other choice words as well, but I won’t.
The funny thing is, I am still staying positive. I love my gym and I am feeling stronger and more fit as the days go on. I am eating much healthier than I was and I am making better food choices most of the time. I can’t be mad about that!
Oh, and TMI…I started my period today so that might have something to do with it. I am feeling quite bloated.
Does anyone want to join me in my journey?
