I am going to make this short and sweet. I have a sleeping baby on my lap and am feeling like I need to head to bed soon too (it’s 8:15…don’t judge!).
My goals for February are pretty simple, but they will not be super easy.
1. Lose 10 pounds this month
2. Exercise 4 days/week
3. Eat one salad a day the entire month
My reward…not sure yet!
